“We’re staying flexible because we may have to make more changes, but we are open for business while being very careful,” said Martine Miroir, co-owner of Blue Provence, 300 S. County Road, which specializes in French gourmet foods (including prepared foods-to-go) and artisanal crafts. “The most important thing is the well-being of our staff and customers.”
